It has been a very long two weeks. Many tosses and turns came up out of no where, but I got through it with a smile on my face and ink on my hands. The greatest look for me I feel by far.

Thanksgiving was one of the best days i’ve had in a really long time. It was loud and crazy. We even got a visit from the fire department thanks to my youngest falling and grabbing a fire alarm as she tried to catch herself. (It was horrifying at the time, but funny and cute now. She tries so hard to keep up with the older kids. She just isn’t there yet. Maybe one day, I’ll post that story.)

But as for the dinner, we had a huge turnout. It was a time for all the people I’ve grown to care about over the last few month in a church’s basement, eating turkey till we were so stuffed we couldn’t move. Lots of kids running around and playing tag, tons of different conversations going on at once. It was what I always wanted a holiday to be like.

The week without school was harder to deal with at times. My girls love my attention and I am trying hard to get two different things ready for submission shortly after the New Year. I managed the chaos and got most of what I narmally would’ve done.

I spent the last few days tripling my work load and am back on schedule. I am spending the day watching Christmas shows with my girls while i do some more editing. It’ll be fun.

Hi to all my followers!

Sorry I’ve been gone for so long, but ive been working night and day on a new storyline. It’s based around the immortals of legends in present day where an oath was taken to prevent war among the immortals on Earth they agreed to a new meaning of Blood Oaths.

This means now that instead of blood shed there was a payment of a child. A creation of a new life. This story now is based off of a payment made by the Sea god Posideon and his immortal wife.

Posideon fell or another mortal after nearly 400 years of abstaining with mortal women. His one night resulted in his son Stanton’s birth and a thorn is his wife’s side. She sort revenge in the worst way for Posideon. He had to give her a child to a mortal of his wife’s choice and  though he was still able to take role of Harmony’s father, she was patroned to his wife.

But the plot gets thicker as a prophecy is given at the time of Harmony’s birth and the future High Priestess of Immortal beings future is threatened and the peace and harmony among the Immortals of the Greek, Roman, Egyptian and Norris Immortals is threatened to come crashing down.

17 years pass and Harmony will either be the salvation or the end to the Sea realm and then the rest of the world. The problem is she may not live to make that choice. Poseidon calls in a very old, nearly forgotten favor from the Egyptian immortal Anubus to protect his daughter from assassination from monsters, demons and herself.

This adventure packed book is something I really enjoyed working on. And though I’ve still been working on the The Powers Within Series, I really have nothing to update on that. But I will get more on it when I can.
